1. Orders and Product Information

By ordering, customers confirm that checkout information is accurate and that they are authorized to use the chosen payment method. Orders may be reviewed or cancelled for payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory unavailability, pricing or technical errors, legal restrictions or other legitimate operational reasons. Reasonable differences in product appearance may result from screens, lighting or manufacturing variation.

2. Price, Payment and Processing

Checkout displays product prices, applicable discounts, shipping, applicable taxes and final totals. Payment authorization is required. Orders normally process in 2–4 business days and may require up to 5 business days during peak periods.

3. Shipping

Standard transit to supported U.S. destinations is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Shipping charges appear at checkout, and fulfillment may occur through designated partners.

4. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days following confirmed delivery. Approved refunds are normally processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Cancellation may be requested before fulfillment begins, without a cancellation fee when successfully completed before fulfillment.

5. Problems, Promotions and Errors

Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed products should be reported with supporting information where appropriate. Promotions may carry stated eligibility, timing or product restrictions. Genuine pricing, inventory, description or technical errors may be corrected.

6. Consumer Rights and Contact

These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
