RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Period and Eligibility

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Standard returns should generally be unused, remain in their original condition, include original parts and accessories, retain packaging where reasonably possible, and include valid order information.

2. Requesting a Return

Before returning an item, email service@jorqyx.com with the order number, item, reason for return and relevant photographs or video where appropriate.

Do not automatically return products to the registered business address. An approved request will receive the applicable warehouse address and instructions.

3. Return Costs

For eligible preference-based returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping. Where an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed because of a product or fulfillment issue, an appropriate refund, replacement or return solution will be provided without requiring the customer to bear additional costs caused by that issue.

4. Inspection and Refund Timing

Returned items may be inspected after receipt. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method and are generally processed within 5–10 business days after the approved return is received and inspected. Payment providers may require additional posting time.

5. Cancellation

Contact support promptly to request cancellation before fulfillment. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipping has begun. Successfully cancelled orders incur no cancellation fee when cancellation is completed before fulfillment.
